NOW Telecom Company, Inc. (“NOW Telecom”), together with affiliate and listed firm NOW Corporation (“NOW Corp”) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) together with SBA Towers Philippines, a subsidiary of SBA Communications Corporation, a US-listed firm focused on providing tower infrastructure and other shared infrastructure in the Philippines. The parties are in discussion and negotiating the lease of build-to-suit sites, towers, and passive telecommunications infrastructure and facilities that will be made available for the installation of NOW’s facilities and equipment to provide telecommunications and/or internet services.
NOW has signed an MOU with the infrastructure arm of conglomerate Aboitiz Infrastructure and its Singaporean partner, Frontier Tower Associates. The MOU is cooperation on utilizing the infrastructure assets owned and managed by Aboitiz to put up a broadband infrastructure.

NOW Telecom and NOW Corporation has signed an MOU with SK Telecom, South Korea’s largest telecom player on 5G cooperation. The trilateral agreement covers NOW’s 5G play including technical roadmap planning, network conceptualization and design, 5G core network training, establishment of 5G stand-alone (SA) network commercial infrastructure, in-building solutions and 5G B2B service development.
